Make sure the photos are free of any sticky pads, blue tac or similar and as clean as possible because any dirt or finger prints may show up on the scans. If you want them scanned in batches and put into folders thats fine with us. Simply wrap a sheet of paper around each batch with the title on it such as "Johns Wedding" or "Spain Holiday 2001" and we'll scan them and put them into the relevant folders at no extra cost.We recommend using Royal Mail special delivery when sending your photos to us for scanning. As soon as they arrive you will receive an email from us stating that your order has been updated from pending to confirmed. The next thing you'll hear is that all your pictures have been scanned and are being sent back via your chosen delivery method.
